A trade account allows you to hire or purchase equipment with 30 day payment terms and faster ordering processes. Your business can place orders through verified contacts, receive electronic invoices and request credit limits that match your typical level of spend. This creates a more efficient and predictable way to manage regular equipment hire or purchasing requirements.

If your business holds its own hired in plant insurance you can provide a copy with the application. If you do not have an active policy you will be automatically opted into QuoteMeHire’s Protect Waiver Scheme when the account is created. This ensures all equipment hired through your account is covered appropriately in line with hire requirement.

Once you submit your completed form, our credit control team reviews your company details, trade references and requested credit limit. Approval times vary depending on how quickly references respond, but most accounts are activated shortly after verification. You will be notified once your credit limit is confirmed and your account is ready to use.
